貓咪可能出現的症狀

   嘔吐 This is one of the most common signs of ingestion. The plant contains lactones and other irritants that inflame the stomach lining.

重要提醒

菊花是秋季常見的開花植物，但對貓咪來說並不安全。菊花含有天然的殺蟲成分，例如除蟲菊酯（pyrethrins），也含有一些會刺激皮膚和消化道的植物化學物質。 貓咪對這類成分比較敏感，因為牠們的肝臟不擅長分解某些植物毒素。若貓咪咬食菊花，可能出現嘔吐、腹瀉、流口水、食慾下降或精神不振等症狀。 菊花的風險不只來自誤食。貓咪如果反覆接觸菊花的汁液，也可能出現皮膚刺激，例如紅腫、搔癢或皮膚炎。因此，家中有貓時，應避免讓貓咪啃咬或長時間接觸菊花。

• 症狀：吃下後可能流口水、嘔吐、腹瀉與腹痛；接觸汁液可能造成皮膚發紅、皮膚炎與搔癢；較明顯暴露時可能出現共濟失調（走路不穩）。
• 汁液接觸也有風險：貓如果磨蹭植物，或接觸後舔毛，即使沒有直接吃植物也可能出現皮膚或腸胃症狀。
• 處理方式：讓貓接觸不到菊花。若貓吃下任何部位，或出現明顯皮膚刺激，請聯絡獸醫。
