重要提醒

細香蔥 (Allium schoenoprasum) 屬於蔥屬，和洋蔥、大蒜、韭蔥同家族，這些都對貓有毒。主要毒性成分是有機硫化合物（alk(en)yl cysteine sulfoxides），咀嚼後會轉化成強氧化物，包括 N-propyl disulfide 和 sodium n-propylthiosulfate。這些化合物會在分子層級攻擊紅血球：耗盡 glutathione、氧化並變性血紅素，使其聚集成 Heinz bodies。紅血球因此變得僵硬脆弱，導致破裂（溶血）與嚴重貧血。貓比狗脆弱 2–3 倍，因為貓血紅素有更多易反應的 sulfhydryl groups。重要危險點是：症狀常延遲 3–5 天，所以即使吃下明顯量，貓一開始也可能看起來正常。

• 症狀（早期，24 小時內）：流口水、嘔吐、腹瀉、食慾不振與腹痛。
• 症狀（3–5 天後）：嗜睡、嚴重虛弱、黏膜蒼白或發黃、呼吸急促、心跳加快，以及深紅褐色尿液（血紅素尿）。
• 所有形式都危險：新鮮、乾燥和粉末狀細香蔥都有毒；粉末或脫水形式尤其濃縮。
• 處理方式：只要確認攝入，就應立即尋求獸醫照護，即使貓看起來正常，也不要等貧血症狀出現。
