   精神沉鬱或虛弱 While a small nibble usually results in mild discomfort, ingesting larger quantities of the plant can cause systemic weakness and lethargy.

   呼吸困難 While fresh Mexican Mint leaves generally cause mild gastrointestinal signs, if a cat is exposed to or inhales highly concentrated forms of the plant (such as extracted mint essential oils), it can trigger severe respiratory distress, neurological symptoms, and even liver failure.

   嘔吐 Because Mexican Mint acts directly as a gastro-irritant, vomiting is one of the primary and most common signs of stomach upset after a cat nibbles on the plant.

   腹瀉 This symptom is a direct result of the plant's essential oils irritating the feline digestive tract as the body attempts to process compounds it cannot properly break down.

   食慾不振 The gastrointestinal irritation, discomfort, and nausea caused by the plant will frequently lead the cat to refuse food.

到手香（Plectranthus amboinicus），又稱左手香或印度琉璃苣，是一種有著厚實絨毛葉片的芳香草本植物。它對貓咪具有輕微毒性，因為其中含有強烈的精油成分。 貓咪的肝臟缺乏分解這些精油的酵素。當貓咪吃下這種植物時，其中的香芹酚（carvacrol）和百里酚（thymol）等成分會直接刺激牠們的胃和消化道。 如果貓咪咬了到手香，可能會出現流口水、嘔吐、腹瀉或食慾不振的狀況。它強烈的氣味通常會讓貓咪敬而遠之，但如果您的貓咪吃下大量，或是症狀一直沒有改善，請聯絡獸醫。
