重要提醒

骨頭本身對貓不具毒性，但會造成嚴重的物理性危害，因此不適合作為食物或咀嚼物。 熟骨頭，尤其是禽類、魚類和豬骨，加熱後會變脆並裂成尖銳碎片，可能割傷口腔、喉嚨、食道、胃或腸道，造成危及生命的內部傷害。生骨頭比較硬，也比較不容易裂成尖銳碎片；但它們仍可能造成貓咪牙齒斷裂，而且可能帶有危險的細菌污染，包括沙門氏菌 (Salmonella) 和彎曲桿菌 (Campylobacter)，在市售生食飲食中尤其需要注意。

• 熟骨頭：絕對不要餵任何種類的熟骨頭。碎裂是主要危險，即使一小片尖銳碎片也可能造成需要緊急手術的內部撕裂傷。
• 生骨頭：碎裂風險較低，但可能造成牙齒斷裂，也可能帶有人畜共通病原；處理時要謹慎，且一定要監督。
• 處理方式：如果貓吞下骨頭碎片，請密切觀察是否有不適徵象，例如流涎、作嘔、嘔吐、腹痛或血便，並立即尋求獸醫照護。
